About Jaan Creations

Jaan Creations is a small handmade jewellery studio in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. We make oxidised silver and antique gold pieces — jhumka earrings, gold-plated bangles and crystal bracelet watches — for women who want traditional design without a traditional price tag.

What we make

Our work sits in a corner of Indian jewellery that gets overlooked. Coimbatore is known for gold and bridal jewellery, and those shops do beautiful work. But not every occasion calls for gold, and not every budget stretches to it.

So we make the other thing: peacock and temple-motif jhumkas in oxidised silver, floral vine and leaf wreath designs in antique gold, ghungroo drops, marquise stones, rainbow AB crystals. Pieces light enough to wear all day at a wedding, detailed enough that people ask where you got them. Prices run from Rs 79 to Rs 799.

How we work

Every piece is finished by hand. That means small batches, and it means the occasional variation between one pair and the next — which we think is the point of handmade rather than a flaw in it.

We photograph every product ourselves, from several angles and on a real person, because artificial jewellery is bought on how it looks and you deserve to know what is arriving.

Delivery

We ship from Coimbatore. Orders reach anywhere in Tamil Nadu in 3-4 days, and other states take about 2-3 days longer. Shipping is a flat Rs 100 within Tamil Nadu and Rs 150 for the rest of India.
