Partial Payment Policy

How Partial Payment works

Partial Payment lets you confirm your order with a small advance paid online, and pay the rest in cash when your parcel arrives. You do not have to pay the full amount upfront.

What you pay

Advance (paid online at checkout): ₹99 on orders up to ₹999, and ₹200 on orders from ₹1,000 to ₹2,500 — for example, a Jhumka Box with a name on it.
Balance (paid on delivery): your order total minus the advance, paid in cash to the delivery agent.

Examples: on a ₹999 Jhumka Box you pay ₹99 online now and ₹900 at your door. On a ₹1,199 Jhumka Box with a name, you pay ₹200 online now and ₹999 at your door.

If you would rather pay the balance online before delivery, you can — we will send you a payment link by SMS or email. Just tell us and the parcel will arrive fully paid.

Order confirmation

Your order is confirmed once the advance is received. You will get a confirmation message with your order summary, the advance receipt, and the balance amount due on delivery.

At delivery

Please keep the exact balance amount ready in cash. Our delivery partners may not carry change.
You are welcome to check that the parcel is sealed and undamaged before paying.
If the parcel is damaged or tampered with, refuse the delivery and contact us the same day. We will replace it or refund you in full, including your advance.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancel before we ship: your advance is refunded in full. Just message us on the number below.
After we ship: the advance is not refundable, as the parcel is already on its way and shipping has been paid.
If you refuse the delivery: the advance is not refundable.
Failed delivery: our courier will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail because the parcel could not be handed over, the order is cancelled and the advance is not refundable.
Wrong, damaged or faulty item: you are fully protected. We replace it or refund everything you paid, advance included. This policy never overrides that.

Good to know

Discount codes and promotional offers may not apply to Partial Payment orders unless we say otherwise.
The advance depends only on your order total, as listed above.
Partial Payment may not be available for every pin code. If you do not see the option at checkout, your area is not covered yet.
