Hours

Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. Messages sent on Sunday are answered the next working day. WhatsApp is usually the fastest way to reach us during working hours; email is better if you need to send photos or a longer explanation.

Orders and delivery

We ship from Coimbatore and dispatch within one to two business days of an order being confirmed. Orders reach anywhere in Tamil Nadu in three to four days, and the rest of India in about five to seven business days depending on location. Shipping is free on every order across India. We do not ship internationally at present.

Once your order leaves us you will get a tracking number by email, SMS or WhatsApp. For anything about an existing order, include your order number and we will get back to you within one working day.

Returns and damaged items

If something arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, contact us within seven days of delivery with your order number and a continuous unboxing video. Return shipping is on us in those cases. The full terms are set out in our Return, Refund and Exchange Policy.

Asking about a piece before you buy

Happy to help. If you want to know how large a pair actually is, how heavy it feels, whether a stone colour will suit a particular saree, or whether something is back in stock, send us the product link and ask. We would rather answer a question than have a pair come back.
